Quick Tour

This tutorial is the best way to get started with our system. It explains everything you need to know about how to set up our system and start selling on the internet.

Introduction

Our system is a fully server side application, so you do not install anything to your local PC. You just need to contact us. We create the basic setup so that you can run the application and from this time on, setup for all additional settings like payment methods, shipping methods, salesmen, pricelists etc. will be handled from your end. But needs to worry, in the next paragraph you find all information about the whole setup. If you cannot find the info check our documentation or contact us via support form.

Requirements

Before you contact us to be a dealer, please read our license information. We highly recommend you also to visit prices page, where you find information about pricing and payment conditions. If you have any questions, contact us via support form.

Contact us to be a dealer

Now you can contact us through the form "contact". There you only fill the information about you e.g. first name, last name, your e-mail, phone. After submitting this form, we will contact you after a few days and we will request from you additional information e.g. bank account, billing address, delivery address, prices, etc.

First login as dealer

Your first login as a dealer is the same as a regular account login. You have to fill your e-mail and password to the top box of page (Figure 2).

Unregistered / Unlogged

In the previous text we mentioned phrase unregistered / unlogged user. What does that mean? User can work with the e-shop if he is registered or not. A registered user can be logged in (via e-mail and password). In future text we will call order created by unregistered / unlogged user express order. Express orders contain less information than regular order. Try compelling all customers to register and login by some discount or other advantage. Then you can more trace user and optimize your e-business.

Price list

Third alert which you should view is "No default price list defined. Please click on here to define one." (Figure 12).

Figure 12: Alert - price list

Next necessary step is to set up pricelist. When you create the pricelist (Figure 13), you have to fill these required fields: name, margin and if your current currency is different than Euro / USD (currency from your dealer), you also have to define the currency rate.

Figure 13: Creating new pricelist
Figure 13: Creating new pricelist

Optional are note, clients and implicit (Figure 14). You can create unlimited number of pricelists with different margin and different associated customers. But one customer can have only one pricelist. One pricelist has to be implicit (Figure 12). This pricelist will be automatically associated to all customers which are not linked to any pricelist and new registered. Here is the most widespread example: service / garage, retail customer (usually implicit), wholesale customers may have a special pricelist. Each account will have different margins and will be associated with different customers.

Business terms and conditions is an essential document of each e-shop. In this document you should write all your conditions like claim conditions, payment conditions etc. You can insert this data via your WYSIWYG editor (Figure 16). Thanks to editor you can easily format the text, insert links, create heading, etc.

Trial mode

Last alert which you should see "Your account is running in trial mode, which has force to «number» days. Within limits expired you still have «number» days." (Figure 17).

This alert will appear until you purchase a full account.

Salesman

Default is created for one salesman - you (administrator account) and of course this account cannot be deleted. But you can create new additional salesmen (Figure 18) and link them with your customers. Your customer after login automatically will see salesman info in header (Figure 19).

And in statistics you can easily observe your salesmen and their business results. As in pricelist you should set one implicit salesman (Figure 20).

This salesman will be automatically set to a new registered customer unless you manually define another. You are also able to define pricelists which you can see (Figure 21). When salesman is logged in and put mouse cursor to price he/she will see prices in tooltip (from associated pricelists) – Figure 22.
