Salesman

Salesman is person who is shown to your customer in header of page (Figure 1) including contact information like e-mail and telephone. You can have more than one salesman. First salesman is always you (administrator – owner of business account). Next salesmen you can easily add by create form. Each order is also assign to one salesman and from that is generated statistics – Sales.

Listing

On Figure 2 you can see listing already created salesmen. In this page you can find:

  • Table with already created salesmen (Figure 3). Each row contains in last column (right side) action buttons – update, delete (administrator account cannot be deleted so over the line with administrator record is not delete button). Clicking on the edit button you can edit salesman account and clicking on the delete button you can delete salesman (only salesman accounts not administrator account).

  • Menu bar (Figure 4) is only one button – New salesman button front to the create form.

New salesmanNew salesman

On this page (Figure 5) you can create new salesman. Page is divided to the two parts. First part (Figure 6) contains form with 9 input fields and 1 checkbox.

Required fields are Firstname, Surname, Telephone, E-mail, Password, Password – again and optional is Degree before name, Degree after name, Note. And what means checkbox Implicit? (Figure 7)

One salesman (does not matter if salesman account or administrator account) must be implicit. This salesman will be automatically assigned to every new registered customer until you manually set other salesman – more information about "How to set salesman to the customer." you can find in documentation – customer. Second part (Figure 7) contains checkboxes with your pricelists. You can assign these pricelists to the salesman. Then if you login as that salesman you can see except source prices also prices outgoing from assigned pricelists (Figure 8).

EditEdit

On this page (Figure 10) you can update already created salesman. Form is same as create form just it is pre-filled by real values. Furthermore on the bottom of page is table with assigned clients. (Figure 11)

DeleteDelete

If you want to delete some salesman you have to only click to delete button (Figure 12) and confirm alert (Figure 13). After that record would be deleted. Only salesmen accounts can be deleted, administrator account cannot be deleted!
